By accessing or using this website or any advisory output generated by AI EVACS, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of the System

AI EVACS is an internal decision-support framework designed to assist operational evaluation of alpine access conditions.

It does not constitute:

• Official authority guidance

• Legal transport instruction

• Safety certification

• Regulatory directive

All final operational, routing, and safety decisions remain solely the responsibility of the respective hotel, transport provider, or individual user.

2. Advisory Output

Risk Scores, trend indicators, and closure probabilities are statistical assessments derived from multi-source environmental modelling.

They represent structured advisory intelligence and are not guarantees of future conditions.

Environmental conditions in alpine regions may change rapidly.

Users must independently verify official communications from relevant authorities, including but not limited to:

• Cantonal road authorities

• MeteoSwiss

• SLF avalanche bulletins

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI EVACS shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on advisory outputs or website content.

Use of the system constitutes acknowledgment of its advisory nature and limitation of liability.
